Solutions by Nedap Healthcare are distinguished by their simplicity and user-friendliness. This makes it possible for users to operate our hardware and software without the need for complicated instructions.
Despite that, questions can still arise, so Nedap Healthcare offers the following support facilities:

- Self-teaching environments (e-learning / trainers)
- Training days for users of the iO concept
The aim of these support facilities is to increase the self-reliance of clients, so that our solutions remain easily usable by everyone.
Knowledge Centre
If you have any questions about the use of an iO application, you can find information round the clock in the online help function. This can be accessed by pressing the application's button marked with the (?) symbol.
